IT’S ALIIIIIVE!!!

It’s finished! I have my Persona 4 themed weather app working correctly, styled with a little bit of color, and has standard to metric conversions. What I wanted to have a picture of myself done in the Persona 4 character-style, but I wasn’t able to get things working like I wanted. So I went with the simple bar style for the side to add a little color to the site. The wind speed conversion was a last minute detail but I thought it would be a good add-on since I do have the temp converting to metric as well.

So this project is officially completed and turned in tonight. And I’m glad! This was a tough one! I’m glad I was able to get past this hurdle — this was the project that had me hung up the first time I started going through FreeCodeCamp as well as the second! I feel like I’ve broken through a coding wall of my own creation. But it was definitely all those small wins that helped me through all of this — and I’m glad I changed my perspective towards my coding.

And now, on to the next challenge: building a Wikipedia Viewer.

No idea what needs to go into this one since this is all new territory from here on, but I’m looking forward to it! ^_^

Stay classy my fellow readers and code on!

Finding myself through process of elimination and lots of error codes, eventually getting all the wrong pieces right.
