As I posted in my #100DaysOfUnity3D post earlier today, I’ve been away for a while. Needed some time to mourn the death of my last living hero. I’ve never really been able to figure out how to mourn someone’s death, so I needed some time to get myself together and back to my normal routine. I will miss my hero. Life will be odd without him for a while. But as a saying I once heard goes: “The pain will fade to sadness and then the sadness to memory.” I think I’m at the sadness part — it will take some time to get to the memory. But I’ll be okay in time.

Today I went back to learning VueJS and started learning how to style my apps using Vue. It was interesting how easy it is to select an area on your page and style it using a little bit of code. I was a little lost when my instructor started using shorthand for the Vue directives in the code, but I figured out what was going on rather quickly. (Also having notes from the previous assignment helped too.)

Tomorrow I’m going to go over the section again and take notes on what I’ve learned, then work through the next assignment. Here’s hoping I can get most of the assignment completed without any trouble. Well, I should say without any trouble. I understand the material, just not how to to use it outside of the course examples quite yet. But I’m getting there — just need a little more practice and I should be good. ^_^
