Today marks the official release of the highly anticipated MATIC project, CremePieSwap. The decentralized exchange and AMM protocol on the Polygon network will welcome a whole new community into its ecosystem in just a few hours. Plenty of hype and expectation has surrounded the project for the last week.

Whitelist officially closes

The official whitelist has now been closed, with a total of 35k successful registrations. A list of participants who were lucky enough to get into the presale has now been made public for both round one and round two. The first round saw 100 addresses able to participate in the public sale. The initial starting price of the sale is $0.0006 for 1 CPIE. Each slot will allow for a maximum of $10k per slot to be purchased. These winners will have from 8 pm PST July 12th to 10 pm PST July 12th to lock in their official pre-sale purchases.

The second round of public sales will see much more addresses registered on the whitelist. Again, the price for 1 CPIE will be equal to an initial $0.0006. This time 4000 total winners will be able to purchase between $250 to $500 of CPIE. The time frame for the second round will be available between July the 13th at 12 am PST to July the 13th at 1 am PST.

Public sales to be funded in BUSD

Both the first and second rounds of the public sales have been decided to be funded in BUSD. As a healthy amount of participants are coming from the Binance network, BUSD has been elected to fill the early pools of liquidity to make it much easier for the majority of the public.

Between 1 and 2 hours, after the presales have concluded, participants will receive their CPIE through airdrop on the MATIC network. It is important to note that users will need to add the MATIC mainnet to their MetaMask wallets before they can see their tokens.

The official launch of CremePieSwap

From then on the official launch on the MATIC network will commence at 2 am PST on July the 13th, just a few hours after round 2 of public sales. The official CremePieSwap DEX and AMM protocol will be live and the process of buying and selling CPIE will be available to the rest of the public. Once CremePieSwap goes live, users will need to purchase CPIE with either USDT, USDC, or Matic.

How to prepare for the CremePieSwap launch

To prepare for purchasing of CremePieSwap, users will need to follow 3 simple steps.

  1. Swap BUSD(BEP20) to USDC(BEP20)
  2. Use the Binance bridge to swap USDC(BEP20) to USDC(ERC20)
  3. Then use the Polygon bridge to swap USDC(ERC20) to USDC(MATIC)

In the same way, BNB is needed to pay for transactions fees on the Binance network, and Eth is needed to pay for gas on the Ethereum blockchain, MATIC will be needed to pay for gas on the MATIC mainnet, because of this, it is important to prepare a small amount of MATIC to pay for fees.

There is predicted to be a large amount of traffic and congestion during the launch of CremePieSwap, so users may be required to exercise some patience during the transaction process. To keep up with all updates for today’s launch, head over to the official CremePieSwap Twitter and Telegram.
