So, what’s up next? What’s happening? When marketing?

Let me give you the latest.

As opposed to putting out Announcements and News in the TG, I thought it would be best to give an update here so that holders have a proper qualitative insight as to what’s happening over the next week or so. Plans for marketing spend, tech updates, everything that I can actually release here and now.

You’ve asked for more insights as to what goes on, more detail as to marketing ploys for 100xCoin and Altbase respectively. Well, here it is.

From the horses mouth.

All guns are blazing for Altbase as the community team focuses primarily on product and use-case

Listing Competition to Go Live Sept 1st

It has been a while in-development such is the complexity, however the voting portal including login features is nearly ready and final testing complete.

The Listing Competition for New Crypto Coins on Altbase will allow users of any community to vote for new coins to list on the App. Each user can vote once a day, and at the end of each vote the eventual winning project is put forward to list. The founder of said project will then be onboarded to Altbase subject to a few terms being met.

However, the modus operandi with this page is simple. Drive traffic.

100xListing will go live with full interactive portal 1st Sept

PPC Campaigns (Paid Ads)

It is evidently not common knowledge what is required to run ads within cryptocurrency, particularly with PPC campaigns like Facebook, YouTube or Search Ads. It must be once a day where our whole team’s marketing credentials are questioned, and that of the project, as we aren’t currently running Facebook ads.

Why aren’t we running ads? It’s incandescently simple.

Because you need a permit to run Cryptocurrency ads LEGALLY. This is a really important word. LEGALLY.

Yes, I know you can setup campaigns on FB or Google and get away with 4 days of black hat ads, before having your account banned.

Yes, I am aware that SafeMiniBabyRugPull ran Facebook ads for 1 day and mooned.

Why are some able to do it? Because FB and Google retrospectively ban ads. You can get away with running an ad for pretty much anything for 2–3 days. That is not what we are here for. Have you not ever noticed how the only crypto ads that are permanently on Facebook are Crypto.com ads? Why? Because they got financial services registered, and got the right permit. I hope this is starting to make sense now.

We are playing by the book. Getting approved BEFORE running ads, as per the terms.

We are here to make a game-changing product. With permits, financial services status. We are not looking for shortcuts, nor anything but the best standard in crypto marketing.

A proper ads account, one that directs traffic to our own site instead of using black-hat practices.

And yes, we are getting ever closer to that. A matter of weeks before we can run legal, white-hat ads, that won’t see our website chucked in Google jail and all of our hard work undone. You cannot rush art.

But, we are getting closer to being able to run ads.

I envisage that we will have search ads live on one search engine at least within the next 2 weeks. Not a hard date by any stretch, just giving as best an indication.

Dominating Google Search, Play Store & App Store

This is very much still our number 1 line of attack. It is a long game.

But, there is a reason the worlds top corporates dominate Google vs any other platform. Because it’s where everyone goes to get information. You cant escape it. Even in crypto, DYOR by its very nature indirectly infers to do a Google Search. Unless you have an encyclopedia.

To be able to influence search engines to display your website as a result of any one of up to 10,000 different searches, that is the real man vs boys stuff.

It takes unbelievable commitment to the longevity of the project to invest in SEO.

So, where is our SEO at now?

To put it simply, we now generate 1000+ clicks a month to the site that we didn’t generate 3 months ago.

Organic Traffic is steadily increasing

To put that into context those same clicks would cost you $50,000 in media spend on PooCoin, for a display ad that someone didn’t even search for.

From now, and over the next few months, our SEO is already saving us money vs Pay Per Click (PPC).

It’s coming good.

1031 Ways to find 100xCoin on Google, 50 within the Top 3

There’s still a way to go. These numbers are fantastic for month 3, but still ultimately need x10 from here. But the rewards will be immense.

I haven’t even mentioned our ASO, or programmatic!

What’s ASO you say? App Store Optimisation. And it turns out, we are pretty good at it.

Sure, there have been some delays in getting Altbase builds out, however actually now we sit in arguably as good a place as ever with our app outranking the industries best players on Play Store.

Altbase rubbing shoulders with the best in Crypto

All we need to do is replicate the same success with iOS, and we really are laughing.

What actually I think people may not realize, this is arguably the most targeted crypto marketing you can endeavor to do. This isn’t billboards. This is highly technical, based on download numbers, search volume and hypothesis.

It’s how marketing should be done, and how it is done by the best in the business.

Why wouldn’t we do that here?

The industry has become obsessed with Fad-Marketing where there’s people like us actually changing algorithms.

Enterprise level stuff. It just takes time.

Tech Updates — Merch and Altbase Pages to go Live

The website will have more new pages this week.

Yep, Merch! You’ll be able to buy some fresh 100x threads to stay extra Degen.

Sneak peak!

We will also be launching an Altbase page where partnered projects will be listed, along with some other call Altbase features. This will help our website rank even further for altcoin related terms.

In other news, Have received some tickets for fixes from:

  • Aldin (Slam Token Fix) — This is being fixed by the Slam team. Although it’s a subdomain on our site, it’s their build so has to be resolved by them. Will update.
  • El Capitan (Bridge) — We are actively looking at bridging with a variety of providers. Will soon be news on that.

Moderators Stepping Up

You may notice that Moderators will be dealing with enquiries in TG direct as opposed to core team and developers. I think we are probably the only coin on the BSC that’s been this transparent to date, and always felt an obligation to directly answer you.

Trouble is, we spend more time in the chat dealing with that which actually detracts us from building this project further. You don’t see Ripple or Hedera managing their TG directly, and we will start to align ourselves more to the keeping of a top 100. Not a shit coin.

So, to that avail, Moderators will take any tech queries or questions direct, but be rest assured that every genuine ticket/request will be actioned. An update will be provided via the moderator it was raised with.

COMING SOON

There really is loads! Staking, more updates to Altbase, and a surprise partnership.

No, not one of those.

A proper partnership, with a heavyweight WITHIN the Top 100.

We are starting to align ourselves to this market.
