It is hard to have an overview of all the tasks on the Scrum board.
Action
Color code your task cards on the Scrum board by categories: normal task, question, found issue, blocked, infrastructure.
What you gain
Tasks with dependencies external to the Development Teams are highly visible (questions, blocked).
How to strengthen
Use a legend on the Scrum board explaining the categories.
Risks
Too many colors are confusing.
