Daily Scrum extended

Context

The team wishes faster feedback than provided by the Sprint retrospective.

Action

Add the following three questions to the Daily Scrum:

1. What did I learn yesterday?
2. What did I like yesterday?
3. What could have been better yesterday?

Do not focus on technical stuff, talk about soft skills, too.

What you gain

Daily feedback and knowledge exchange.

How to strengthen

Define a focus theme per day, e.g. soft skills, deployment, testing, etc. Answer the above three questions in the context of the selected theme.

Risks

Daily Scrum takes too long.
