Small Game and continuous knowledge improvement.
Action
A team member presents a small knowledge breadcrumb in the morning after the daily approx. 15 min. Each day a different team member in a round robin distribution.
What you gain

- Some new information/knowledge small but helpful
- Starter for interesting discussions.
How to strengthen
To kick things off, you can prepare something small yourself. E.g. share that you found this collection of ideas.
Not only applicable during Advent time, you can do this anytime during the year.
The effect is stronger when you share knowledge this way for a Sprint or to on a daily basis. Afterwards, feel free to switch to a weekly event.
Risks
No one shares anything because all team members think that their knowledge is either not important or that everybody else does already know. Even if everybody knows the topic already, there can still be a discussion about what impact this has on the team or how the team could improve further.
