Meeting for knowledge exchange between team members. A team member prepares and holds a short presentation about a topic that is relevant to the team: a library, a method, a tool, how something was implemented in that not everyone was involved, etc.

How to strengthen

Let every team member present from time to time. Everybody knows something that not all others know.

Risks

Not all topics are relevant or interesting for every team member. Therefore find topics together.
