Team tends to forget about issues and impediments that occurred during the sprint. Therefore the Sprint Retrospective isn’t very effective.

Action

Introduce a «Retro-Box» where the team members can place their impediments and issues for the retrospective anytime.

Team does not forget an important discussion point.

Team members see some impediments of others and could react before the retrospective.

The person can dump the issue and «clear» the mind.

How to strengthen

Remember all team members about the “Retro Box” at the end of the Daily Scrum.

Risks

Transparent visualization of the issues can lead to difficulties when there is a lack of trust from people outside of the team.
