Create a Team Map. Visualize the team and the surroundings of the team (roles, people, etc.).

• Which person/role does need/want what from the team?
• How should we communicate to the person/role?
• Do we need to improve/change the communication?
• Where are we able to introduce changes? How easily are we able to introduce changes on specific roles/persons?

What you gain

Team knows where it has influence and how easy it is to change.

Team knows that specific changes that are nessecary and often discussed in a negative manner are difficult to change.

Update the team map on a regular basis.
