Team does not know the surroundings and their influence on specific person/roles/circles.
Action
Create a Team Map. Visualize the team and the surroundings of the team (roles, people, etc.).
- Which person/role does need/want what from the team?
- How should we communicate to the person/role?
- Do we need to improve/change the communication?
- Where are we able to introduce changes? How easily are we able to introduce changes on specific roles/persons?
What you gain
Team knows where it has influence and how easy it is to change.
Team knows that specific changes that are nessecary and often discussed in a negative manner are difficult to change.
How to strengthen
Update the team map on a regular basis.
