As of June 2023, the average amount of working hours per week for an individual in the UK is 36.6. That’s a lot of work if you add that up over the months and years of your life.
Have you ever taken a minute to figure out what your ideal work day would look like? Have you taken time to figure out how you can best put to use those 36.6 hours in a productive way?
Or perhaps you spend all of your time thinking about your ideal workday — you hate your job, you want to work less and you spend time thinking about how you could change it.
Due to the insane amount of hours that the average person works per week, it’s important that those hours are used effectively — rather than wasting time, we must harness it and use it productively.
