Create a positive environment

Before address the positive changes in you environment, the human habitat, first identify how does the outside world impact your lifestyle, ask yourself this two simple questions what makes an environment toxic? where I usually find myself? how my surrounds looks like? and determine the positive change.

As a health coach I am going to share 3 methods that will support you and make you thrive doesn’t matter where you find yourself and circumstance outside you.

Method number one: Activate your five senses, everything is energy

Everything have its own energy a positive environment makes your thrive, separate and associate will help you identify your surrounds, What kinds words are you hearing? is that loud? are you happy ? what are you seeing ? avoid to be dragged or pulling to the world outside you. you’re going to separate your preferences define your inner world and make that your priority.

Method number two: Choose your peers

Synchronicity is nature best friend, find your peer group, define their priorities, people that want to create a positive change on their environment have a goal, e.g if you’re trying to quit cigarettes hanging out with people that are releasing their stress with cigarettes will not be a wise approach. Check on your community environmental rules and regulations, how your neighborhood approach positive changes on the environment, you’re going to be surprised with amazing people on your community that genuine care and have positive goals.

Method number three: Be the change the world need.

Change requires action, practice act of kindness daily, exercise kindness continuously, Practice kindness , read books on this subject, everything has its own place , be kind!
