Clutch is B2B ratings and reviews platform based in Washington, DC, dedicated to harboring fruitful business relationships between the buyers and sellers on their site. Their directories encompass over 7,000 firms across 500+ industry categories, ranging from UX designers to call center services. At the root of their analysis lie client interviews, where Clutch speaks with a company’s references concerning the challenges, solutions, and outcomes of their time working together. Additionally, Clutch incorporates a multi-faceted scoring methodology considering factors such as market presence, clientele, and industry recognition. They are thereby able to identify the firms that deliver from those that do not and construct a Leaders Matrix of the top-performing firms in a particular industry segment.
