Papacho’s restaurants are located all over Lima Peru, in places such as Surco, Miraflores, and San Isidro. All of the restaurants are in convenient settings and renovated to a modern charm. The Papacho’s I visited was in La Molina, in a giant mall named Jockey Plaza. As you walked in, you were greeted by a dark palette of black and gray walls, complimented with neon and indie signs. After being waited to our table, covered in drawing sheets and crayons that awaited us. The restaurant was very modern, hip and created a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere for the customers. According to the online review website, Trip Advisor, people described the setting as relaxing and american, with an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5. In addition, with more than 500 positive reviews, it is obvious that Papacho’s the restaurant to eat.

Picky when ordering food? Papacho’s will make your food just the way you want, no need to worry. When I visited Papacho’s, the restaurant had just opened and service sure was quick. Menu’s were brought the second we sat down and as soon as we were ready to order, so were the waiters. Within 10 minutes chocolate milkshake tingled my taste buds. 10 more minutes and thump thump thump, the waiter was arriving with our food.
Asyou know, Papacho’s has marvelous and swift service, but it’s nothing without the food. The menu is covered with a variety of burgers, type of patties (meat, quinoa, vegetarian) and drinks. Not in the mood for big burgers, then bite down on the babis(mini cheeseburgers), mac and chis or the scrumptious sandwiches. I ordered the miraflorina burger, since my tastebuds enjoy exotic combinations. Merely 34 soles (10 dollars) for a burger cooked by the most famous chef in Peru(Gaston Acurio)! You can’t afford not to try it.
The flavors tango’d on my tongue. The barbecue sauce mixed with the chilled lettuce and the heated meat patty, it was like heaven in my mouth. And the onions gave a crisp and soft feel to the burger. It brought me back in time, back to the lake and those potlucks on the street with neighbors. Just the thought of it made me smile. People have described the burger as 1st class or The Best Burger Ever! Want to go back to your childhood? Or just want to smile? Then head over to Papacho’s, it’s waiting for you.
The experience I had at Papacho’s was extremely positive. With a stupendous food, setting and service, Papacho’s is no doubt a inimitable restaurant, perfect for a family dinner. As soon as you see the dazzling, lit P, you know that Papacho’s is the perfect place for people with perky, playful families and Papacho’s is a good place have friends get together to a date with your sweetheart.
