If you’ve made your New Year’s resolution to quit drinking for the month of January, or to cut back at least, you’d be happy to know that we’ve prepared a clean fix for you.

Align your personal goals with Natalie Dau in a personal consultation, crush your fitness boundaries in our Die Hard Bootcamp every Saturday, treat your body and mind over one day at our Fresh! retreat, or pick up a new barre workout. If you prefer sticking to the familiar, pilates and yoga classes are still ongoing. Kids are not forgotten as well. More activities here.

We’re also rolling out an under 500 calorie menu that Chef Colin has created with personal trainer, Matt Benfell. For those of you who have been consciously running away from detox divas, fret not, our bar menu and burgers are here to stay.
