The brand new API enables access to blockchain networks without the need to run your own node.

The 1inch Labs is excited to announce the addition of the Web3 RPC API to the 1inch Developer Portal, further expanding the range of innovative tools available to Web3 developers.

Nearly every task initiated by a wallet, dApp or any other Web3 project requires interaction with the blockchain. This interaction may involve engaging with smart contracts, transferring funds, retrieving blockchain data and more.

This kind of interaction with the blockchain is facilitated by nodes. Therefore, a project needs to either deploy its own node, or connect to a node run by someone else, using a remote procedure call (RPC). RPCs facilitate interaction with various EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) blockchains.

With the Web3 RPC API, 1inch offers Web3 developers efficient and robust RPC blockchain interaction, eliminating the need to run their own node. Drawing on our extensive experience with nodes and the ongoing requirement for reliable node access for 1inch operations, we can make sure that our RPC service for Web3 developers is secure and reliable. The 1inch Developer Portal’s multiple other APIs have already proven to operate efficiently and with maximum uptime.

Previously, projects integrating 1inch APIs had to go elsewhere for RPC services. Now, they can get an efficient tool for interacting with the blockchain without leaving the 1inch ecosystem.

Plus, the Web3 RPC API offers users several notable benefits.

  • Maximal uptime. We have developed the most advanced internal systems for node health check / load balancing, which enable us to offer the maximum possible uptime.
  • High load resistance. Thanks to our significant expertise, we can support high network load without sacrificing uptime.
  • Support for multiple chains. The Web3 Node API supports 10 EVM networks.

The Web3 RPC API can be integrated by various types of Web3 projects that interact with EVM networks: from dApps to decentralized exchanges and trading bots.

The Web3 RPC API comes as the latest addition to a family of innovative and efficient Web3 API offered by the 1inch Developer Portal. You may also want to check out the other tools available for building cutting-edge Web3 products!
