Charitable food company names headline charity partner for 2021–2022 campaign.

[CHICAGO, IL] 1UP Food Arcade™, a new food innovation co-op, specialized in development of ‘good food for a good cause’ announces partnership with non-profit organizations Food Equality Initiative™ and Elijah-Alavi Foundation™ as headline beneficiary partners under the company’s ‘Coin-Op Pledge’ charity program which commits to donate $0.25 of every dollar ($1.00) profit income to food charities supporting food equality and accessibility.
1UP Food Arcade™ was founded early 2020 by a small group of food industry veterans with an operating mission to inspire & empower growth of responsible & equitable foods. The team recently debut product Magic Mini Jacks™, positioned as ‘an allergen-friendly version of peanut M&M’s’ that features an exclusive dry-roasted miniature fava seed enrobed in allergen friendly chocolate. The Elijah-Alavi Foundation is Elijah’s Echo, an initiative designed to raise awareness on the severity of food allergies and anaphylaxis as well as the importance of education and training. The organization was founded by the parents of Elijah-Alavi after his passing due to being given a grilled cheese by his daycare despite having a known severe dairy allergen. Through his parent’s efforts, Elijah’s law was passed in New York to improve child safety in educational centers.
