The Sustainable Development Solution Network published the World Happiness Report on March 20, 2020. The main focus of the World Happiness Report 2020 is environments for happiness.

The variables for the research are:

  • GDP per capita,
  • Social support,
  • Healthy life expectancy,
  • Freedom,
  • Generosity,
  • Absence of corruption.

It ranks 156 countries by how happy its citizens perceive themselves to be.

In this ranking, Afghanistan (from where I had written this post) ranked last and Finland first.

Table 1: Top ten happiest countries in the world

And according to The Telegraph, Finland (by consuming 12kg coffee per person per year) is the most coffee drinking country.

Table 2: World top ten coffee consuming countries (by consuming coffee kg per person per year)

These two tables have the 8 same countries. Afghans don`t drink coffee.

One more cup of coffee ‘fore I go
To the valley below” — Bob Dylan
