With face masks on the rise, many people are facing a newfound acne problem. These foods are tasty, soothing, and all-round useful in treating this common pain!
Watermelons

Carrots
Growing up, I was always told carrots are good for your eyesight. It was only recently that I discovered just how beneficial they are for your skin! Now I make sure to eat carrots regularly!
Lettuce
I’m not going to lie, I have turned into a rabbit! I love eating fresh homegrown organic lettuce alongside the carrots that I mentioned previously. Lettuce is one of my favorite foods for clearing acne and it works well.
Apples
An apple a day will keep the pimples away! I like to eat apples as a “medicinal” treatment for acne but they can also be used as a scrub as they make a fabulous cleanser and tonic for greasy skin.
I’ve even tried apple cider vinegar as a tonic and it’s worked wonders on my face in the past.
This next food is a bonus and not meant to be eaten to treat acne though if taken as a tea it can be useful for other health issues.

The roots should be ground to a paste and used as a cleanser. It disinfects the skin without drying out its natural oils, all the while healing skin ulcers and acne quickly and effectively.
