#1 Day 2 — ending 1395 kcal
The day went by extremely well.
I grabbed a chocolate and didn’t eat it! Instead I reached for a banana instead.
The day ended with a surplus of 5 kcal!
My habit is slowly changing already and what I thought was going to be a very challenging day, went by fast.
Comfort eating is my big foe, and in periods of stress they rise.
This coming days are going to be a HUGE test. First: stress beyond stress awaits me on both a work level and emotional level. Second: The day 1–5 of any habit change are by default the worse. The closer we approach day 5, the closer we approach the threshold of quitting.
