I can’t do that because I don’t know how

There is nothing more sinister that holds back human growth than these words that we all say to ourselves.

No, please. I am not that great. I can’t do that

Negativity. Doubt. Feeling inferior.

Well, that’s just so difficult. My brain is not made to accomplish that level of impossiblility

Saying no before knowing that we can or cannot do something is a fool thing to do. Judging before trying.

Of course you can’t!

You think your dreams are always greeted with derision and disbelief. You doubt yourself, while actually there are always groups of people out there who trust and believe in you.

We know you can!

They are always yelling that. Your parents, your brothers and sisters, your friends. They trust you all the time. Since the very beginning of your life, they always believe in you.

I know you can. Just try!

When our parents taught us to talk and walk, they didn’t know when we would be able to, but they believe someday we will. They never stop believing in us. Until we actually do. Until we finally talked and walked.

We can!

Success is always coming from dream. From trust and belief.

And the belief is always start from here, from ourselves.

If you think nothing changes in your life, maybe because it does. Nothing will change, unless you change yourself.
