Makes 4 servings
194 calories per serving

1/2 TBSP tomato paste
3/4 TSP prepared horseradish
1/2 TSP celery seeds
3-6 dashes of hot sauce, plus more if you insist
1/4 TSP Worcestershire sauce
1/8 TSP fine sea salt
1/8 TSP freshly ground black pepper
1 pound ground turkey
1 roasted red bell pepper
4 slices baby swiss cheese
4 potato rolls

In a medium bowl, mix together tomato past, horseradish, celery seeds, hotsauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper. Add the turkey, and mix thoroughly with your hands, making sure the seasonings are spread throughout the meat. Let stand for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to develop.*

To serve, heat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Shape the meat into 4 patties. Place on your heat source and cook through. Add cheese once flipped and only have 2-3 more minutes to cook. (Time will vary with each heat source. Use your best judgement.)

*Note — For an extra kick, make a roasted red pepper aioli sauce while you wait for your meat to marinate. Find the recipe here. https://medium.com/202-fitness/12865a227d50
