Named for our founder, Raymond Dilbeck, The Raymond T. Dilbeck Memorial Award represents the values that guide us and ground us. According to President, Mark Dilbeck “This award is presented to a person within the organization who lives up to qualities for which my father was known and loved. Qualities that are at the center of who we are as an organization. These qualities include character, integrity, honesty, hard work, caring support for others and a commitment to family…both personal and professional.”
Each year, agents and team members put forth their nominations, and a Selection Committee of past recipients (and Mark Dilbeck himself), pour through candidate accolades in what has become a favorite meeting of the year for all who attend. This prestigious group has the honor of selecting a recipient from the heartwarming avalanche of praise for friends and coworkers.
This year’s recipient has been no stranger to such praise, having received countless nominations in years past. At long long last, George Parker takes center stage as this year’s Raymond T. Dilbeck Memorial Award recipient.
