This is the week everything goes to hell. Sunday night, I was in a bad car accident (the second accident in less than a month, neither my fault). Thankfully, I and the other drivers were mostly okay, but I spent most of Monday in the ER and locating my totaled car, which had been towed by the Cincinnati police (who did not tell me they were taking it) and taken to an impound lot where I had to pay almost $200 to get it out and towed to my insurance company’s lot to be reviewed.

So obviously this semester can only go up from here, right?

Anyways, because of all the craziness, for week 2 of this class we were asked to do a pecha kucha presentation, where we create 20 quick iterations of the same idea/problem, so I decided to just do 20 ideas for a name for my cookbook collection.

Bissel — a little bit
Nosh — to nibble, a light snack
Kome kon gana — Bon appetit, eat with desire
Bendichas Manos — blessed hands
Mezas de Alegria — tables of joy
Tables of Joy

In the end, I decided on:
