Top NCAA free agent Spencer Foo has shortened his list of teams he wants to sign with, and the Flyers are still on it. Along with Philly, Edmonton, the Vegas Golden Knights and the Detroit Red Wings are reportedly also among Foo’s potential teams. He will reportedly make a decision between tonight’s expansion draft and the start of free agency.
