Everyone Needs A Coach

Perhaps one for evey inflection point that shows up duirng a learning journey.

Everyone needs a coach.

Bill Gates says so. As does Atul Gawande and Roger Federer. And dozens of other best-selling authors.

I agree.

But, and this is important, I think their suggestion — everyone needs a coach — is too simplistic.
