How might we find a balance between asynchronous and synchronous working?
I am working with colleagues Gianluca Gambatesa, Martin Gilbraith and Marco Ossani on a workshop using Theory of Participation, ORID and Liberating Structures. The focus of the workshop is finding a way to make the most of the opportunities presented by both synchronous and asynchronous working. Do you have opinions? I would love to hear them. Thank you
