Watch my interview with Hannes Seidl on his and Daniel Kötters piece “Land (Stadt Fluss)”. It is the second part of their trilogy Stadt Land Fluss. It is a music theater piece for ensemble, electronics, video, book, and installation. In this piece Seidl and Kötter reimagine country side with farmers and craftsmen, brass music, security forces, flags, stable smell, and pyrotechnics. This idiosyncratic commune moves from the country to the theater and spreads out for five hours in the Künstlerhaus Mousonturm.
