This update fixes some bugs and introduces overall system improvements, as well as a few tweaks for the user interface:
- Operations widget is now on the Home screen. It displays the total sales, refunds, and pre-payments for the period.
- If the item is still in stock as you delete an item card, the stock record will be removed as well. From the accounting point of view, this would be a write-off.
- Improved logic for the receipt numbers. From now on, every receipt number has a prefix letter, indicating the transaction type:
S (store): 2can Shop transactions
W (web): 2can Cloud transactions
B (bot): 2can Pulse bot transactions.
Finding a transaction becomes much easier now. Just set a filter and type in the prefix in the Search field to retrieve all the transactions of the selected type. E.g. enter “S” as a filter to retrieve all 2can Shop transactions.
- The Receipts screen now has an option to email the reports.
- A new rule for generation of SEO headers for 2can Shop documents.
