DTLA’s Art District has a new brewery with A LOT of BEER and SPACE!

BOOMTOWN brewery is the latest resident in the up and coming Arts District of Los Angeles. Nestled in the northern part of the arts district, this craft beer brewery houses all your favorite brewery games (darts, corn-hole, giant chess, a giant wooden heart, ping-pong, foosball), a live DJ line-up, two large rooms (a beer tasting room/bar and an event room that is huge), and of course a wide selection of beer.

For those who REALLY like beer… Boomtown has a members only Golden Glass membership. In addition to a monogrammed glass stored on the premises, members can enjoy ten pints per month; first access to new releases; members-only special events; one free growler and growler fill per month; and surprise, spot growler fills as new beers are released. Membership is capped at 300 individuals, and the first 150 of those get 20% off ANY purchases they make over their allotment during the year. Only 75 charter Golden Glass memberships will be sold between now and February 15th at $325 each.

What:

A dark porter called the Zzyzx, a Scottish Pale Ale called the Kilwinning, and a strong dark Belgian called the Aliso were our resident beer drinker’s faves!

Not into the beer thing, and just want a cool place to hang in the Arts District? Have no fear, they also have good ole h20 on tap (well, not as good ole, it’s slightly carbonated alkaline water) and food trucks that regular the outside!

Where:

700 Jackson St, Los Angeles, CA 90012
