Laravel’s Blade templating is actually fairly easy to use and get a page going, as stated on the site laravel.com.
I’m not a front end dev, however, the Blade templating system from Laravel allows me to at least create a skeleton for the UI. As much as backend devs think that their core responsibility is contained within the controllers and models of a site, that is not always a hard and fast rule. Specially when prototyping an application or porting it over to a new framework. In my case, I am porting over an application from Codeigniter to Laravel.
This sure got me started quick.
