30 day challenge x 12

Starting in 2017 I will be embarking on a series of 30 day challenges focused on self improvement. These challenges were picked to create positive habits related to minimalism, mindfulness and self-compassion. At the end of each 30 days I will assess the impact and benefit that each challenge has on my life and make a decision on if I should continue or stop.
