30 Decluttering Exercises to Prep for 2018
Introduction…
This is written for those who already understand the concept of minimalism, and who embrace the benefits of minimalist-thinking in their lives and work.
I’m planning to start 2018 by creating space for 1) new projects, 2) deep and meaningful relationships, 3) personal and professional growth, 4) health and wellness, and 5) the discipline of good habits etc.
It’s hard to create space amidst clutter. And boy is there a lot of clutter. So…
For the next 30 days, I’m going to invent 30 exercises to reduce clutter (both visible and invisible) in our lives.
I’m starting today (on 25 November) the 30 exercises will be completed on Christmas-eve… a nice time to have everything ‘sorted’, and ready for the year.
It’ll be enjoyable doing this with friends (and my wife has signed up to join me) — so I’m going to invent, and publish those exercises very day before 10 am (AEDT) / 7 am (SG) / 3 pm (PDT).
If you’re keen to join in (by participating in the same exercises), check in on this Publication (on Medium) daily.
I’ll publish Exercise #1 in the next few hours!
