List them. Keep them within reach. Like a handful of almonds.

The inspiration for today’s exercise came from a rather unexpected place… painfully unexpected.

My colon had ‘decluttered’ itself… and rather intensely too. I had diarrhea.

Over the last couple of days, I was unwell — and developed phlegm and mucous. So — I decided yesterday morning to have a handful of activated almonds, because I read that almonds would rid the intestinal tract of toxin and mucous.

And so it did.

That got me thinking — while we have a tendency to accumulate ‘stuff’ that clutter our lives; perhaps ‘detoxification triggers’ can catalyst an effective purge… in a way that strongly counters our natural resistance to ‘keep the toxic stuff in’.

So — today’s exercise is — list some triggers that would (almost forcibly) accelerate a purge or unwanted stuff / clutter in the various aspects of your life.
