God Dreams [book review]

I am not the senior pastor of the church I serve, but I am always interested in topics related to focusing vision and planning for the future. In fact, one of the things I learned in seminary is the importance of planning out into the future, otherwise you will never know if you get there.

“God Dreams” is a book meant to be utilized as a resource for the leadership team of a church, but it is chock full of great tidbits for anyone trying to plan and vision into the future for an organization or team.

One of the neatest features of the book are the pages in the middle of the book, that walk you through the 12 “vision templates”, and provide examples so you can see where your church fits in.

It’s a very useful book, and I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars. Take your team through it and get a handle on your church’s future.
