March was a busy month. In part due to finally getting started on a personal project that I’ve been planning for a while as well as keeping up with work. Similar to February, I experienced some growth which I’m happy about it.

In total, I generated $13,024.08 which was equivalent to a +14.41% improvement from February’s revenue and a +36.02% increase in net income- the biggest so far.

A quick glance at the breakdown below should might indicate that majority of my efforts were dedicated towards Digital Services while in fact it’s quite the opposite. Although Digital Services generated as much as Amazon, very little went into it in the month of March because most of the work had been completed in previous months.

Amazon suffered a loss due to what I have come to believe was a malicious attack from a competitor. I verified something similar with a colleague who suffered the same. It came as a total shock to me that some Amazon sellers will do anything to get a sale or two. I’m still suffering from this and it will show more on my April report but I’ll dedicate a separate blog post just for that.

For now, take a closer look, at the breakdown…

Net Income (estimated): $9,073.61 (+36.02%)

Although this month’s net income is attractive, it’s still concerning because most of my streams have experience a downward trend as a result of a chain reaction that stems from 2 sources. As promised, I’ll discuss those further on a separate blog post and update the link on here.

Lesson Learned

Be aware of unfair competition practices from shady Amazon Sellers

I’m still trying to figure out what the best move is in response to the recent attack. However, it’s important to be aware and acknowledge that this is a possibility when you launch a Private Label product on Amazon.

Thank you for reading, until next month, stream on!
