A key to pause your anger

Hacks are inevitable these days. We all want shortcuts and the mantra is to do smart work rather than hard work! You must have read the long articles and lists of steps to overcome anger. They seem very doable while reading but you do not even try them once.

How to quick fix anger?

There is no list just a single technique which will take 10 seconds and you will be fine. The moment you start feeling angry and red hot and something starts boiling inside, take one sip of water in your mouth. Move towards the washroom and rinse, telling yourself that I have thrown out all the anger. Take a deep breath and move back to the scene. Hey! Now you are reading and smiling! Try this out next time you feel angry. You will be amazed to see that you will automatically follow this process.

What is the logic behind?

By doing this we are creating water as an external anchor. We can create anchors to instantly change our state of mind. Anchoring is a NLP term for the process by which state change or other responses become associated with (anchored to) some stimulus, in such a way that perception of the stimulus (the anchor) leads by reflex to the anchored response occurring.
