Baseball Card Scanner (Idea 2 of 365)

My two oldest sons have taken an interest in baseball and football cards. Baseball cards have become the go-to cheap gift for rewarding good behavior.

When I was a kid collecting cards, we always carried around a book which outlined the current market rate for rare cards. While the value of collectable cards has dropped off a cliff, I am still curious what current cards may be worth.

So this business idea would be an app which would scan the front of the card and tell you everything about it, including the current value or recent sales on eBay.com. The app could work just like Vivino Wine Scanner.
