I looked into the skies
They were black
And not so white
I was following the lines
That you had made
We had a simple little plan
It was cold
And not so lit
I extended my hand
Slowly you were wrapped in
Maybe someday
I could turn the skies
Black again
The stars would rain light
Deep inside our irises
Maybe someday
I could make the world
Cold again
Light fires all around
And in time we would be whole

I try to be a poet, an artist, a photographer, a designer, an engineer. I hope I don't forget to be human.
