If you need a recipe to make a stove top s’more, then you were clearly deprived of a childhood. They bring back the best memories of sitting next to a fire, usually on a log or criss cross applesauce on a blanket. How can one go wrong with the combination of graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows?

  • one graham cracker
  • one heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
  • half a bar of Hershey Chocolate
  • One gigantic marshmallow

It’s not so much as a recipe as the easiest way to ensure you always have dessert on hand. Minimal ingredients are necessary. I threw a marshmallow on a skewer then melted it over the gas stove stop. Then I added some chunky peanut butter to the mix. It truly makes this stovetop s’more that much more delicious.

Also, if you add a Reese’s to the chocolate and graham cracker combination life just becomes better.

Takeaways: Repeat, for a crowd.

Who savored the s’more? just me this evening.
