Oh my God, the hype is real

With an interesting live musical performance right off the bat, Sony was already geared to have the most interesting and original show casings. Uncharted and the new Zero Dawn Horizon were met with incredible reception, as to be expected, but no one was prepared for what might possibly have been the biggest announcements of the entire E3 season…
Oh my God Monster Hunter World is happening. It’s been a long while since this bad boy was on the PlayStation, but in a triumphant return to the platform a surprise trailer dropped smack in the middle of the conference like it was nobodies business. Featuring what appears to be some of the best graphics the series has yet to offer, Sony treated us to a geeky chase sequence between the player character and a large dinosaur like creature. This amped the crowd to a height no VR game could accomplish.
While incredibly pumped for this game to be released in the early months of 2018, honestly I might just die before we get there.
