We invest time and money attending events and speaking with industry leaders. We also partner annually with the data-driven intelligence specialists Tällt Ventures, creating a report that lists the top 150 start-ups set to disrupt the travel industry. Appraising those that are set to play a key role in shaping the industry over the next few years — and beyond.

We also like to gather first hand insights by user testing our work, gaining an understanding that shapes the design decisions we make. Or using survey data to know more about behaviours and trends.
