Day 18. Leaving: I’m not a bridge burner

On the last day of Skyline Church Camp, most of these kids from around Wyoming, I would never see or hear from again. These days, it’s pretty much impossible to lose touch with people.

I can’t say that I’ve experienced any memorable “goodbyes,” good or bad, when I’ve had to leave someplace or depart from someone. I’m not a bridge burner. I have one friend of 30 years who parted ways with me. Based on my observations, she goes through a lot of people.
