Spaceship on Product Hunt

Check out Spaceship!, the most efficient way to find and target new customers.

Last Thursday we were featured on Product Hunt. For those of you who don't follow startup world that much, it's something like “Reddit for startups”. The only difference is that it's a curated platform, so you can only get featured by one of the Product Hunters. But if you get featured, it's usually good and things can get wild :)

Let me share some results with you.

1. We got 284 votes. And I would like to thank everyone who voted for us! We really appreciate it. It made everyone in the Spaceship team really excited about what the future holds for us. So really thanks a lot.

2. Since Thursday, it brought us over 2,000 unique visitors. Many of which also purchased our services. I don't want to disclose the precise figure, but I've to say — I did not expect that many :)

3. We also got quite a lot of attention on Social Media. Both our Twitter and Facebook grew quite significantly in terms of followers.

4. And last but not least, many people reached out to us to learn more about what we do, or asking for partnership/reseller opportunities.

So, Thank you, Product Hunt!

At the end of the day, what I value the most about Product Hunt is that it makes you feel awesome about what yo do. I really think they are doing a great job by focusing on the smallest details like — sending you a tweet when you reach 100 votes or asking you for feedback when your PH is over. Sure, many of those things are automated, but I feel really inspired by what Product Hunt is doing in terms of branding and user experience. We are currently working on some big improvements in those two areas at Spaceship — so stay tuned.

And feel free to shoot me an email in case you are planning your own Product Hunt or if you would like to learn more — would be happy to talk to you :)
