We are 400 THINGS, a destination for design-first products. Our passion is to bridge the gap between things, people and experiences.

At 400 THINGS, we do things differently. We endeavour to identify and work with creators that bring a modern and distinct point of view relevant to a global lifestyle and international sensibilities. We share the story of their craft in an impactful way providing food for thought on embracing and protecting innovation while preserving our heritage. We take our customers on an immersive journey akin to walking down a street lined with boutiques curating unique treasures from the globe.

Why design?

We curate for design and not price points. Great design is the building block of innovation that makes our life more fulfilling, convenient and easy. We insist on working with creators who offer a new perspective to the mundane and also the luxurious aspects of everyday life. By supporting handcrafted design that is innovative, new age and one that leverages traditional heritage in new ways, we endeavour to positively impact the artisans, makers and their support system.

Why curate?

Shopping online is a chore that includes browsing several pages and using a combination filters to find a “thing” customers are looking for. Our curation is a step towards reducing clutter and making shopping online more more fun and engaging. 400 THINGS offers products across categories ensuring there is something for every aspect of our customers’ lives and making the discovery of things a memorable experience.
