For first time experimenter entrepreneurs

  • Skill can be acquired but attitude makes or breaks your endeavour. Choose attitude when all available skills being equal or less.
  • A team which has a collective response framework which can neutralise combined self destruction during testing times. Choose people who exercise restraint in times of distress.
  • Disillusionment is human and can happen in heights of uncertainty but if it persists beyond a reasonable time period, those are signs of discomfort and a trigger to review direction . Choose people who judge situation better than you.
  • Your on-boarding might have been for one core complimentary skill, but once you start the journey an openness to pick adjacent functions and skills can take the unit a long way.
  • Ability to think & experiment in a lean-mode; extravagance might cost you a complete market .
  • Your shortlists need to be investigated for ADD before you commit.
