I think having mandatory workshops and training around gender (and cultural) senitivity is a must! Get the conversation started. A lot of the data and feedback posted around studies … like re/code discussed (The Elephant in the Valley) shows that a lot of men aren’t even aware of these issues or behavior. Like making eye contact in the board room or labeling women who speak up as “agressive”. Giving more opportunities for men to pivot and re-align is key.
