In spite of having an aerospace engineering degree, MBA & years of experience working with startups and entrepreneurs, I still suffer from impostors syndrome. It doesn’t go away just because you have more — [fill in the blank] You are absolutely right that 1) it’s not about you but who you can help 2) real experts are constantly learning.

We would say that earning your black belt doesn’t mean you’re an “expert” - instead, it means you’re finally ready to take responsibility for your learning.
