Is the Clean 9 Detox Misunderstood?
In some cases I believe it is. If you don’t already know and contrary to some advertisements, the 9 day Clean 9 plan is not actually intended as a weight control plan. It’s is in fact designed to prepare you for the weight control plan that is FIT1 & FIT2. However due to the fact you would probably decrease the amount of calories consumed significantly whilst on the clean 9 plan, it is highly likely you will report weight loss after the 9 days, but this will be by default.
The Clean 9 plan significantly increases your ability to cleanse the body of toxins and increase you bodies ability to burn fat cells as part of the right diet.
Like anything worth while in this life the Clean 9 program is not easy. But surprisingly many people that complete the program don’t go on to the fit1, and progressing to the next stage is a vital part of the process.Please know that by the time you get to the end of the 9 day period of the Clean 9 program your body will be in the beginnings of a starvation mode and it is at this point you can take 2 paths that have a very different out come.
One of these paths sees you slowly building the calories back up to the desired level with the right amount of nutrients from the right food sources as advised and assisted with supplements in the fit1 pack, which nourishes the body and maintains a healthy metabolism and your body will be in the mode you want which is developing muscle and burning fat. The results from this can give you motivation like you have never felt before.
The other path sees you eating, let’s say “the wrong foods”, maybe thinking you can afford to or that you deserve it after the 9 days, but this can be a catastrophic mistake and is probably the reason why so many people try the Clean 9 only to miss out on the next stage. If your body is in a starvation mode and you start to eat “the wrong food” that has high amounts of sugar in it for example, or very high amounts of carbs, your body will immediately start to store it in all the places you don’t want it to, guaranteed !
The results from this can leave you feeling like, what is the point.
So if you want to make a difference to how you look and feel with the help of the FIT plan please don’t give up after the Clean 9. Realize what the purpose of the Clean 9 is and keep you sights set on your goal. Don’t let doubt creep in a spoil what the Clean 9 has prepared you for because after the 9 days the fun starts. Get into it, stick to the plan and get motivated, get ripped if that’s what you want, get toned or just maintain what you have if your happy. The point is you are what you eat, it’s true! Be you but the best version of you, physically and mentally!
