Why is there a hiring challenge inside Uber app?

I was going through the Uber android app’s content and found this:

Why would they ship ‘hiring_coding_challenge_question_2_code.html’ with every apk?

For those curious, here is what the ‘hiring_coding_challenge_text_logo.txt’ looks like. Why is it ‘acid’ ‘burn’ written there? Maybe generated using some library. Whats the ‘zerocool’ at the bottom
